Employment, Education & Training (EET) Service

At YMCA Cardiff, we believe in empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Our EET service provides a supportive environment for individuals to gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in work, education, and life.

Our Goals:

Boost self-esteem and confidence
Develop valuable life and career skills
Provide guidance and support in finding employment, education, volunteering, and training opportunities
Build positive connections with the local community

What We Offer:

Personalised 1:1 Support: We work closely with each individual to set goals and develop a tailored plan.
Practical Skills Development: Get help with CV writing, job applications, interview prep, and accessing education or training programs.
Wellness Activities: Engage in activities designed to promote well-being and build connections.
Tenancy Ready Programme: Gain the skills and knowledge needed to successfully transition into independent living.
Referral to External Agencies: We connect individuals with additional resources and support in the community.
